SEMI DRIED TOMATOES
This type of tomato has much fresher taste than standard sun dried. Semi dried tomatoes are oven dried to about 75% moisture compared to 25% moisture for sun dried. They are then quick frozen using liquid carbon dioxide to retain freshness.
There are two options available:
Blended with oil and herbs and pasteurised
- This option is available in stand up Doy packs.
- Pack sizes: 500g or 1000g
- These packs are ideal for Food Service applications.
- Use in pizzas, pasta, salads, flat breads and ready meals.

- Semi dried tomato salsa
- Semi dried tomato marinade with garlic and capers
- Mediterranean blend with olives and oregano
Used without pasteurisation as an ingredient
- Here any blend is possible.
- Use in ready meals, baked goods, meat products, sauces, salads, pizzas
