RECIPE SUGGESTIONS
Harissa and Orange Chicken
- Mix two dessert spoons of Harissa paste with 500ml of orange juice.
- Pour over chicken pieces. Leave to marinade overnight in the fridge.

- Add sun dried tomato with garlic and herb mix to re-hydrated couscous.
- Stir in well and add some fresh chopped parsley to garnish.
Cod with Sun Dried Tomato and Parmesan Crust
- Add sun dried tomatoes, butter, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and a little water.
- Blitz until a coarse paste.
- Spread on the fish and bake in the oven.
Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Bites
- Cut a baguette cross ways into half inch pieces.
- Spread with sun dried tomato, garlic and caper mix.
- Cover with grated cheese and place under hot grill for a few minutes until cheese is bubbling.
Charmoula Pork
- Mix two dessert spoons of Charmoula paste with Diced Pork Tenderloin.
- Leave to marinade overnight in the fridge
- Cover and Bake in oven until cooked through. Alternatively cook on the BBQ
Fish with Green Thai Chilli
- Place a fillet of fish on a sheet of baking foil.
- Lightly coat the fish fillet with Green Thai Chilli paste.
- Fold the foil to make an envelope.
- Bake in oven until cooked. Alternatively cook on BBQ

- Mix Cooked Pasta with Basil Pesto or Red Pesto and Semi Dried Tomatoes.

The following ingredients can be added to minced meats, onion, seasoning etc to make tasty burgers
Suggested addition rates below are all per 500g Meat
- Chilli Garlic and Corriander Mix , 1 dessert spoon
- Berbere, 1 Dessert spoon
- Diced Sun dried Tomatoes, 1 Table spoon
- Mergeza, 2 dessert spoons
- Harissa, 1 dessert spoons
Moroccan Mechoui Lamb
- Liberally spread Mechoui Paste over the joint of Lamb.
- Leave to marinade in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Bake in oven until cooked.
- Serve with Sun Dried Tomato Couscous.
